A Tuesday and Thursday morning wake-up with cardio and conditioning for all early risers! This class starts at 530am and lasts about 45 minutes. We will do lots of body weight and dumb bell movements along with boxing and kickboxing combinations on your own Wavemaster bag! Come start your day out with a full body blast!
